Cooking Instructions - General: Cook from Frozen. Remove outer packaging. For best results microwave.
All appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Take care when removing film lid, as hot steam may escape.
Allow Tray to Stand to Regain Rigidity
Microwave - From Frozen: 1. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate.
2. Cook on Full Power: 750W 5 Mins/850W 5 Mins
3. Peel back film lid and stir rice and sauce separately.
4. Re-cover and cook for a further: 750W 3 1/2 Mins/850W 3 Mins
5. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
6. Stir and serve. Check that food is piping hot before serving.
Oven cook - From Frozen: 1. Pre heat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 or Fan Oven 180°C.
2. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray.
3. Cook in the centre of oven for 30 minutes.
4. Peel back film lid and stir rice and sauce separately.
5. Re-cover and cook for a further 10 minutes.
6. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
7. Stir and serve. Check that food is piping hot before serving.
