Recently, I was asked to make some Gluten-Free Vegan Cupcakes for a child’s birthday party after one of my unsuspecting victims tried my Carrot Cupcakes. These days I tend to shy away from making traditional desserts if I can, but was happy to oblige in contributing a healthier option.
